Rethink Breast Cancer are a Canadian breast cancer charity who have come up with a tongue in cheek video on You Tube to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month. The Boobyball Save The Boobs video stars TV host Aliya-Jasmine who also wrote and co-directed the commercial.
At first glance, a film with a big breasted lady in a Myleene Klass IACGMOOH style bikini strolling round a pool in a bouncy way, may be considered gratuitous and sexist, but that would be missing the point.
Rethink Breast Cancer use creative and unconventional ways to communicate about breast cancer and aim to get across the serious issues of breast cancer in a creative and positive way to women young and old who may not be away of the risks of cancer or who are scared about doing a breast self-exam.
